Tip 3: Mould the Life you Want
If there are parts of your life that do not fit well with your career, you need to look at making adjustments – your life can be flexible and as a business person, you have the power to make changes that will make your career more successful, or your life easier. It’s a good idea to take stock once in a while and assess what is working for you, and what areas of your life need to be changed.
Tip 4: Really Listen to your Clients
Truly listening and being empathetic to clients is a crucially important tip in the hair and beauty world, where people are coming to you not only to improve their appearance in a way that will make them happy, but also to spend time in a safe and nurturing environment where they know that they are the most special person in your life for that time. Listen properly to your clients, remember important facts in their life, consider their needs and respond in a way that shows you understand and care.
